A police officer in San Antonio, Texas, is going through two counts of aggravated assault after capturing a youngster in a McDonald’s automobile park.
Police say the officer, James Brennand, arrived on the fast-food joint after receiving a name a few potential disturbance. The officer believed the automobile the boy was in was a car that had escaped him the night time earlier than.
The 17-year-old was consuming a burger with a buddy when the officer opened his door. The boy backed up the automobile, and struck the officer with the door.
The officer then shot at him a number of instances. The boy was wounded and is in hospital, his lawyer says.
